Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns- from welcome sequences to course reminders, drip flows, and re-engagement automations.
• Segment audiences using behavioral, demographic, and engagement data to deliver hyper-personalized content that boosts open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Work with CRM data to trigger lifecycle emails (onboarding, milestone celebrations, drop-off recovery).
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTA buttons, layouts, and send times to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Track, report, and analyze KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
