We're looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Executive to create, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns that engage our audience and drive conversions. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency in leading marketing automation platforms with creative thinking and emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and HubSpot
- Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies including segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows
- Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for continuous improvement
- Manage email list growth, segmentation strategies, and maintain database hygiene
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging and creative elements
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization
- Ensure email compliance with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and deliverability best practices
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email initiatives with broader marketing goals
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and HubSpot platforms
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics
- Proven track record of creating successful email campaigns that drive measurable results
- Experience with marketing automation, drip campaigns, and customer journey mapping
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus
