Job Description

Execute email campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns
Manage Email Service Providers (ESPs), contact lists, segmentation, suppression, and list hygiene
Build and manage automated workflows and trigger-based customer journeys
Monitor email deliverability and campaign performance
Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click rates, CTRs, and conversions
Provide support for WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns
