Role Description The Email Marketing Executive (LinkedIn Marketing) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will create, execute, and optimize email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and promote client job openings and services. Daily tasks include designing email content and messaging, managing mailing lists, segmenting audiences, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. The role also involves using LinkedIn for outreach, building professional networks, engaging with potential candidates and clients, and coordinating with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing activities with business goals. The Email Marketing Executive is expected to maintain brand consistency, comply with data privacy standards, and continually test and refine strategies for better campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Sales skills to identify target audiences, generate leads, and support business development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling messages and engage professionally with clients and candidates.
