Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing data, coordinating campaign activities, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role focuses on maintaining accurate marketing databases, executing email campaigns, tracking campaign performance, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining and identify relevant contacts from various online and offline sources.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and maintenance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing databases.
• Manage and update prospect and customer databases to support marketing initiatives.
• Execute and coordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely deployment and follow-ups.
• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and operational coordination across multiple marketing initiatives.
• Track vendor portal registrations and maintain accurate records of registration status.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to timelines.
• Maintain campaign documentation and support ongoing marketing operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, campaign processes, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other marketing operations and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, campaign management, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation/email marketing platforms is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
