This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Marketing and Performance Marketing Specialist based in Chennai. Responsibilities include developing and executing email marketing campaigns, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, conducting data analysis to identify trends, and implementing performance testing strategies. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the marketing strategy and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to perform Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to ensure high campaign efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in email marketing and performance marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desired
