Email Campaigns –

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end email campaign execution including setup, segmentation, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting.

• Execute one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven email campaigns.

• Build and optimize customer journeys and automated marketing programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing (RTM).

• Perform campaign QA and ensure compliance with brand, regulatory, and client requirements.

• Utilize Litmus for email testing, rendering validation, accessibility checks, and performance optimization.

• Monitor campaign deliverability, engagement metrics, and performance trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Email Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing (RTM).

• Experience in Power Apps and marketing workflow automation.

• Expertise in Litmus for email testing and optimization.

• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development.

• Experience managing and mentoring teams.

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and automation.

• Experience in campaign QA, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
