We are looking for an Email and Chat support to handle customer queries through Email and Live Chat. This is a Non-Voice Customer Support role requiring good written English communication and good customer-handling skills.
Qualification: Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced)
Salary: As per market standards
Fulltime conversion based on performance
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift
Working days-Rotational Week off Cab is provided only to
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email and chat
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication.
Resolve queries within the defined turnaround time.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate; Freshers can apply.Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong English reading and writing skills.
Good typing and computer skills.Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations.
Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
ImportantThis is a Non-Voice role. Candidates will communicate with customers primarily through Email and Chat.
