Role: ELV Site Engineer (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute on-site installation of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm interfaces, and PA/BGM according to designs and client standards.
- Coordinate daily with MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to sequence work, resolve clashes, and maintain project timelines.
- Perform site testing, commissioning, and handover activities—validate signal integrity, configuration, integration with IP networks, and generate test reports.
- Manage material receipt, inventory, and installation quality control; enforce workmanship standards and corrective actions where needed.
- Maintain accurate site documentation: as-built drawings, cable schedules, test certificates, and O&M manuals for final client handover.
- Ensure site safety compliance and implement best practices for cable routing, earthing, labeling, and equipment placement.

Additional Qualifications

- Strong vendor management and coordination skills; willingness to work on-site full time and travel between project locations.
