About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling infrastructure and smart technologies group operating across India, we deliver integrated Electronic Life Safety (ELV) systems for commercial, industrial, and smart city projects. Our team designs, deploys, and commissions mission-critical ELV solutions — including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, BMS, and Structured Cabling — ensuring seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience for high-stakes environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ELV project execution — from site survey & technical design to commissioning & client handover — ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, procurement, field engineers) and external vendors to align deliverables with project milestones.
- Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings; manage vendor selection and contract documentation for ELV subsystems.
- Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and QA/QC checks to ensure compliance with IEC, NFPA, and local statutory norms.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical queries, manage change requests, and ensure project acceptance.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery by tracking KPIs, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing lessons-learned frameworks.
