Eligibility Specialist - (US shift)

Job Description:

Communicating with Patient's Dental Insurance.

Inquiring about the Dental policy benefit information as well as outstanding claims.

Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage.

Obtaining the benefit information on required template.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.

Prior experience in Dental Billing is preferred.

Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.

Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift).

Typing Speed 40 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy.

Familiar with MS Office applications.

Experienced candidates only.
