Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, repair, and maintain home elevators.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine equipment requirements.
- Test newly installed elevators to ensure compliance with technical and safety specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical elevator components.
- Handle electrical wiring tasks with strong knowledge of electronics.
- Maintain detailed logbooks documenting all repairs, checks, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, standards, and building codes.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all job locations.
- Coordinate effectively with team members; be a quick learner and a reliable team player.
- Take initiative and handle additional responsibilities when required.
