Job Responsibilities

• Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home elevators.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs.
• customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed.
• Guide junior technicians and support the technical team.
• Maintain service reports and update job details in the company software.
• Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, discipline, and professional customer handling.
• Travel to customer locations across the assigned South Indian region.
• Noted : Willing to travel to nearby locations and surrounding state ,

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in the elevator/lift industry.
• Experience in lift installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and attend technical training.
• Strong focus on safety, discipline, and teamwork.
