Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher located in Varanasi. The Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive lessons to young students, and fostering a positive, supportive classroom environment. Other responsibilities include monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining classroom discipline, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each student's educational development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development, Elementary Education, and Teaching methods
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and parents
• Passion for Education with proven experience in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required); teaching certification is a plus
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners to reach their full potential
• Experience with classroom management and modern teaching tools
