Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Elementary Montessori Teacher to guide students in a child-centric learning environment. The role involves fostering independence, curiosity, and holistic development in alignment with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate Montessori-based learning for elementary age groups
• Create and maintain a prepared, engaging classroom environment
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Support students academic, emotional, and social development
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents
• Uphold Montessori practices and school values consistently

Eligibility Criteria

• Montessori Teacher Training (AMI / AMS / MACTE or equivalent preferred)
• Experience in Montessori or elementary education
• Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Willingness to work in a residential school setup

Preferred

• Prior experience in an elementary Montessori classroom
• Alignment with Isha Home School's ethos and educational approach
