Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronics Service Center Technician at VARMASAUDIO, located in Kerala, India. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, conducting regular equipment maintenance, and implementing troubleshooting techniques. The Technician will also provide field service assistance to customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electronic equipment
- Proven skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ability to perform Field Service tasks as required
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Capability to handle routine Maintenance tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of automotive entertainment systems is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Electronics or related field
