You will be working hands-on with hardware every day.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Soldering & rework: Soldering through-hole and SMD components. Reworking PCBs, replacing parts, fixing dry joints.
- Breadboard & circuit prototyping: Building small test circuits using breadboards. Connecting sensors, modules, and microcontrollers. Understanding schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Hardware setup & assembly: Wiring, cabling, power supply setup. Organizing components, modules, and prototype units. Assembling demo kits and test rigs.
- Testing & debugging: Testing circuits and checking continuity. Using multimeters, power supplies, logic probes, etc. Documenting issues and assisting in debugging.
- IoT/Embedded project support: Supporting the engineering team on ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. Connecting sensors/actuators and verifying data. Helping prepare prototypes for client demos.
