Electronics Design – Senior Engineer

• Lead power electronic product design and development projects from requirement gathering to final delivery

• Design and develop power converter systems including AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC, and AC-AC topologies

• Work on semiconductor devices such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, and passive electronic components

• Design analog and digital circuits including ADC/DAC, filters, signal conditioning, and op-amp based systems

• Develop and validate PCB layouts, schematics, and design updates using Mentor Graphics tools

• Perform board bring-up, design verification testing (DVT), and system validation activities

• Conduct power estimation, thermal analysis, and ensure EMI/EMC compliance (DO-160, MIL standards)

• Work with sensors, motors (BLDC/PMSM), encoders, and related electromechanical systems

• Use serial communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART for embedded system integration

• Perform lab testing using oscilloscopes, DMMs, data loggers, and other diagnostic tools

• Develop test plans, procedures, and technical documentation for validation activities

• Collaborate on motor controller development using microcontrollers and FPGA-based systems
