About the Role
We are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer – BSc (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on electronics design, circuit analysis, embedded systems, PCB development, signal processing, and hardware engineering workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to analog and digital circuits, electronic components, PCB design, microcontrollers, sensors, embedded applications, and engineering problem-solving, helping improve how AI models understand and generate high-quality electronics solutions.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for hardware design, embedded development, electronics education, engineering analysis, and intelligent automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated electronics engineering outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, circuit functionality, design feasibility, component selection, and engineering best practices
- Identify circuit design flaws, calculation errors, component mismatches, signal integrity issues, or hardware limitations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving circuit design, PCB development, embedded systems, sensor integration, and electronics troubleshooting
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on electronics engineering and embedded technology workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Applied Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of analog electronics, digital electronics, circuit theory, and electronic components
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols, and embedded systems concepts
- Experience with electronics design and simulation tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, Proteus, Multisim, LTspice, or similar platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of PCB design, testing, debugging, and hardware validation methodologies
- Familiarity with programming for embedded systems using C/C++ is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
