Automation Design & Programming

Design, program, and implement PLC, HMI, Servo, VFD, and SCADA systems based on application requirements.

Program motion controllers and integrate automation logic for complex machinery.

Utilize industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet IP, and Modbus.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate solutions in automation programming.

Apply knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and secondary packaging systems.

Project Leadership & Commissioning

Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning.

Conduct machine proving and site visits to ensure successful deployment.

Prepare technical documentation including I/O lists, user manuals, and testing procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations.

Technical Expertise & Support

Provide technical support to service engineers both online and offline.

Apply knowledge of Pick & Place systems, race trackers, conveyor systems, and various sensors.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems.

Maintain documentation and records for ongoing and future automation projects.
