Electronic Design Engineer
Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of robust experience in the schematic design and simulation of Analog Circuits.
- Deep expertise in Through-hole, SMT, and BGA technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in EDA tools: Altium Designer, Cadence (Allegro, OrCAD Capture, AWR), LTSpice/PSpice, and Keysight PathWave ADS.
- Extensive knowledge of Mentor Graphics / Siemens EDA (PADS Professional, HyperLynx).
- Strong understanding of verification methodologies: HVDRC, ERC, LVS (Layout vs Schematic), and Antenna Check.
- Proven expertise in Mixed-signal and High-speed circuit design.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end analog and RF circuit designs, from initial concept through to detailed schematic levels.
- Design and optimize power circuits, including DC-DC buck/boost converters, LDOs, and power protection modules.
- Lead all design phases including functional analysis, component selection, and pre/post-layout simulations.
- Leverage Cadence Sigrity and Celsius Thermal Solver to perform signal integrity and PCB thermal simulations.
- Develop high-quality schematics using OrCAD Capture and provide layout guidelines for seamless implementation.
