Electronic Data Interchange Specialist

We are looking for an experienced US Retail Operations & EDI Specialist to manage day-to-day retail operations for major US retailers such as Walmart, Target, Tractor Supply, Rural King, and Chewy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage EDI transactions – 850, 856 & 810

* Handle retailer portals, SKU/item setup and product data

* Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse for order fulfillment

* Ensure routing, labeling and retailer compliance

* Track and resolve chargebacks/deductions

* Prepare weekly sales, inventory and sell-through reports

* Monitor stockouts, overstock and replenishment needs

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in US Retail Operations / EDI

* Experience with at least 2 major US retailer portals, preferably Walmart & Target

* Experience with SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Cleo, iTrade or similar

* Knowledge of 3PL, routing guides, labeling and chargebacks

* Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

* Excellent English communication skills

* International/US client handling experience preferred
