Electronic Data Interchange Specialist

Experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect: Direct) and communication protocols; Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys, Linux, Java (or similar); Understanding of relational databases and SQL; Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills; Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues

Analyze the processing errors and perform the RCA from Seeburger application level.

Should be On-Boarding Trading Partners based on B2B and MFT Solutions.

Analyze and resolve any performance/configuration hindrances.

Should be able to handle high priority tickets and lead a team.

Candidate must have a good knowledge over User Management Console.

Knowlege over EDI Standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12 is added advantage.

EDI mapping using BIC MD is required

Valid experience in Seeburger BIS upgrades from one Service Pack to other.
