Job Description: EDI Developer Cleo CIC Global ERP / SCM integration project

Location: Remote

Position Summary / Overview

A leading manufacturer of over-the-counter health and hygiene products is seeking an EDI Developer to support a

global migration onto an Oracle Fusion ERP-SCM / OIC platform, integrated with 3PL and Cleo CIC platforms,

covering North America, Europe, Australia and Latin America. This role will join an existing EDI / integration technical

team to help accelerate onboarding of new EDI trading partners, as well as, supporting the delivery of our regional

EDI migrations that are underway.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience successfully delivering EDI integrations, primarily

focused on the transformation, mapping, testing and deployment of EDI order to cash transactions between Cleo

CIC and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including 3PL integrations. The candidate will be highly proficient in

converting from/to a variety of data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV, XML) and EDI standard formats (X12, EDIFACT),

along with extensive experience utilizing common integration methods (e.g., REST / SOAP APIs, and SFTP / file-

based integrations).

Key Responsibilities

Develop new and support existing inbound / outbound integrations between Cleo CIC and our Oracle Fusion

ERP / SCM / OIC, along with our 3PLs.

Define and deliver EDI mappings across a variety of documents, with a focus on order-to-cash, including

850 inbound orders, 810/880, 940/945, 943/944, 947, and 820 cash application.

Support the delivery of a variety of integration methods, including REST / XML APIs, and SFTP file-based

methods, including operational flows for file retrieval, transfer, and archiving.

Support the triaging / RCA / remediation of inbound / outbound EDI errors, working with internal and external

business and technical teams.

Analyze lessons learned from our Phase 1 (North America rollout) and apply improvements to remaining

country releases.

Communicate design considerations, risks, and project updates to PMO, enterprise architecture, business

and tech teams.

Adapt to evolving project scope and country-specific 3PL models while maintaining high-quality EDI

integrations and timelines.

Contribute to other projects and duties as needed to ensure a successful global go-live.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

5+ years EDI experience in the hands-on development and delivery of EDI mapping / integration in large-

scale enterprise applications.

Strong preference for hands-on experience with aforementioned EDI order-to-cash transactions.

Proficiency in REST APIs, file-based integrations, and SFTP, including hands-on experience managing file

exchanges between enterprise systems.

Background in integration of ERP, or supply chain systems (not limited to Oracle platforms).

Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP / SCM is highly desirable.

Familiarity with complex business operations including consumer packaged goods (CPG), logistics/3PL,

wholesale, and warehouse environments.

Strong ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and drive integration design in fast-paced,

multi-country environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across IT, business, and vendor teams.

Experience working with 3PL vendor and third-party partner relationships is highly desired.

Additional Information

Start Date: January, 2026

Work Arrangement: Remote (onsite meetings in White Plains, NY may be required at times)

Industry Focus: Preference for candidates with CPG experience, especially in health/hygiene products,

delivering EDI integrations with 3PL and direct-to-consumer channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
