Job Description:
1. Materials Research for cathode development
- Understanding failures of the state of art and root cause analysis
- Conducting Literature survey
- Ensuring appropriate Selection of materials
- Being responsible for Electrochemical experimentation
2. Separator development
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing separators to determine requirements for our chemistry.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead in-house development efforts.
- Perform electrochemical experimentation.
3. Cell and battery development
- Assemble cells and batteries using selected materials and developed separators.
- Conduct cell and battery level testing using various protocols.
4. Failure analysis of cell/battery
- Dissecting failed cells (lab/field) and understanding the failures
- Finding the solution for the mitigation
5. Materials Characterization
- Complete understanding of all scientific tools/instruments
6. Organizational Imperatives
- Achieving Operational Excellence such as Kaizen, CII Business Excellence, etc.
- Statutory Compliances: Meet all compliance requirements, both statutory in nature and those required by G&B.
