Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site electrician role based in Maharashtra. The electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in accordance with safety standards and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting faults, and carrying out corrective actions to minimise downtime. The role also involves collaborating with other technical and maintenance teams, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and ensuring tools and equipment are used and stored safely.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work skills.
• Candidates should possess maintenance & repair skills for electrical systems and equipment.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to fieldwork.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience working as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing, lifting, and working in varied environments.
• Tyre retreading experience is highly preferred.
