Job Summary:
We are looking for an Electrical Technician responsible for execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including panels, cabling, lighting, and power distribution. The candidate should ensure compliance with electrical and fire safety standards while supporting commissioning and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute electrical panel installation, cabling, lighting, and power distribution work.
- Verify electrical layouts and site execution as per SLD (Single Line Diagram).
- Perform testing, fault identification, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and electrical safety standards.
- Assist in commissioning activities and load verification processes.
- Monitor and maintain logbooks for power panels, DG sets, and electrical equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with project, maintenance, and facility teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper earthing, cable dressing, and safe electrical practices at site.
- Maintain tools, materials, and electrical maintenance records.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial, warehouse, or cold storage electrical work.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, DG sets, MCCs, lighting systems, and power distribution.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and fire compliance.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in cold storage, warehouse, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with HT/LT panels, transformers, and commissioning activities.
