Electrical Switchboard Manufacturing Manager

L S Power Control, a Schneider Electric certified BlokSeT and MV panel manufacturer and LK EA channel partner, is hiring a Production Manager to lead our switchboard manufacturing plant.

What you'll do

• Plan and run daily production of LT panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD/PLC), bus ducts and 11/33 kV VCB panels

• Lead busbar, assembly, wiring and testing shops

• Deliver on time and right first time, in line with IEC 61439 and IEC 62271

• Drive quality, cost control, lean practices (5S, kaizen) and shop-floor safety

• Coordinate with design, quality, purchase and projects; support FATs and OEM audits

What you bring

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma with 10+ years also considered)

• 8-10 years in LT/HT panel manufacturing, including 5+ years leading production

• Strong command of SLDs, GA and wiring drawings, switchgear, and routine testing

• Experience managing 100+ workers, including contract labour

• SAP B1 familiarity; 5s, KAIZEN or OEM-licensed panel experience is a plus
