Electrical Supervisor

• Electrical System Supervision: Oversee theinstallation, maintenance, and commissioningof electrical systems during shutdown operations.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure all electrical work aligns withindustry standards, safety codes, and client specifications.
• Team Leadership: Manage and direct ateam of 5-10 electrical personnelfor shutdown-related electrical activities.
• Quality Assurance: Conductquality checkson electrical jobs andfill out inspection checklists.
• Safety Risk Management: Identifyelectrical hazards, ensurejob safety compliance, and conductrisk assessments.
• Troubleshooting Problem-Solving: Diagnoseelectrical issues, contribute totechnical problem-solving efforts, and optimize system performance.
• Project Coordination: Assist inplanning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationfor shutdown projects.
• Documentation Reporting: Maintain records ofrepairs, inspections, equipment performance, and prepare technical reports.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineeringfrom anAICTE-recognized institute.
• ORaScience Graduatewith10+ years of industrial experiencein electrical jobs in reputedOil Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plants.
• Retired professionals(up to60 years of age) with20+ years of experiencein electrical jobs in Oil Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plantsare also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, with at least2-3 years in Oil Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plant shutdown projects.
• Prior experience in shutdown activitiesismandatory.
• Proficiency inEnglish, Hindi, and Bengali, with the ability to write technical reports inEnglish.
• Candidates must submitbiodata with experience certificates and credentialsfor HPL approval.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge ofelectrical standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability tointerpret electrical drawings, manuals, SOPs, and safety instructions.
• Hands-on experience inelectrical troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong leadership skills to manageshutdown electrical teams.
• Understanding ofhazardous electrical equipment and area classificationsin petrochemical complexes.
• Familiarity withISO quality standards and requirements.
• Physically capable ofworking at heights and in confined spaces.
• Proficiency inMS Word Excel.
