Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: Master/ Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Material Management / Supply Chain or related field

Industry: Electrical EPC / Power Distribution / Infrastructure Projects

Responsible for overall management, control and monitoring of Material & Store operations across all project locations, including inventory, documentation, ERP compliance, reconciliation and site store team supervision.

• Manage and monitor store operations across all project sites.
• Guide and supervise Site Store In-charges and Store Keepers.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, issue, transfer and documentation of materials.
• Monitor MAS sheets, GRN, MRN, STN, MGP, material issue/return and other store records.
• Monitor project-wise stock, material consumption and critical/high-value electrical materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and material reconciliation.
• Identify excess/slow-moving materials and coordinate inter-site transfers.
• Verify supplier bills, POs, material receipts and transporter documents.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Project Teams, suppliers and site stores.
• Ensure timely and accurate ERP/PMS entries and MIS reporting.
• Conduct store audits and ensure closure of discrepancies and audit observations.
• Manage scrap, material returns and proper material traceability.
• Support new project store setup and implementation of standard store procedures.
• Report major shortages, discrepancies, delays and material-related risks to management.
