Role Description The Electrical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for supporting electrical design, installation, and commissioning activities across various projects. The role includes reviewing electrical drawings and specifications, assisting in load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection, and coordinating with project engineers and site teams to ensure proper implementation of electrical systems. The Electrical Specialist monitors installation work to verify compliance with safety codes, quality standards, and project timelines, and participates in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to power distribution and electrical equipment. The position also involves preparing technical documentation, supporting client and consultant interactions, and contributing to continuous improvement in project execution and safety practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Electricity and practical knowledge of electrical power systems and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and the ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess competencies in Electrical Engineering, including power distribution, protection, and system analysis.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Power Generation and related equipment used in commercial and industrial projects.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Electrical Equipment installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations; exposure to GRIHA or similar frameworks is an advantage.
• Ability to work on construction sites, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage time and tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Previous experience in MEP or construction projects is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
