Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Operations & Maintenance
- Manage HT motors, switchgear, and substation equipment efficiently.
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and operational guidelines.
Site Management
- Coordinate and manage site operations and electrical teams.
- Monitor manpower utilization and team productivity.
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain logs for electrical maintenance, site activities, and equipment performance.
- Report operational status, maintenance requirements, and incidents to management.
