Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
  • Execute electrical works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Supervise installation of electrical systems including:
  • Power & lighting
  • Cable trays, conduits, wiring
  • Panels, DBs, earthing, and grounding
  • Ensure work progress as per project timelines and daily targets.
Coordination & Planning
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Liaise with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams for smooth execution.
  • Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients/consultants.
Quality & Safety
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, IS standards, and safety norms.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures at site.
  • Identify and rectify execution issues and non-conformities.
Material & Vendor Management
  • Raise material requisitions and coordinate timely delivery to site.
  • Check material quality and specifications before installation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for execution activities.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site records.
  • Support preparation of measurement sheets and billing data.
  • Assist in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of electrical execution practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
  • Hands-on experience in site execution and supervision.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
