Electrical Quantity Surveying Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience:
8 to 15 + years in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Contract Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Quantity Surveying teams for commercial, industrial, and data center projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Develop and manage project budgets from inception to completion
- Monitor and control project costs throughout all phases
- Evaluate and analyze contractor bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize vendors
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and weekly/monthly project reports
- Conduct value engineering and ensure compliance with BOQ, technical specs, and drawings
- Manage contractor and subcontractor billing, claims, and variations
- Analyze contract terms, identify discrepancies, and prepare clarification queries
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and commercial management processes
