Job Summary

Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing documentation and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical project planning, coordination, and execution to achieve timely completion and meet project milestones
• Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, technical submissions, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project alignment
• Plan work sequences and track project progress to ensure efficient resource allocation and milestone delivery
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with project specifications and safety requirements
• Prepare detailed progress reports including photos, test results, and site documentation to support project transparency
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Method of Statements (MOS), and approval workflows to maintain project compliance and documentation integrity
• Oversee procurement scheduling and coordinate delivery of electrical materials to support uninterrupted project execution
• Apply strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and construction practices to ensure technical accuracy
• Interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to integrate electrical designs effectively
• Incorporate safety requirements and basic sustainability/Greenmark considerations into project planning and execution
