Hiring: Project Manager – Electrical | EV Charging Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Electrical to manage the execution of EV charging infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and effective coordination with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Experience Required: 8-12 years

Preferred Background: Electrical Projects, EV Charging Infrastructure, Electrical EPC, Project Execution

Working Days: 6 Days

Location: Gurgaon / Project Sites

Relocation: Candidates should be based out of Gurgaon or be willing to relocate to Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical works for EV charging infrastructure projects from initiation to commissioning.
• Take ownership of project timelines, site execution, quality, safety, and completion.
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, SLDs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, electrical contractors, and internal project teams.
• Supervise installation of transformers, LT/HT panels, cables, earthing systems, DBs, protection systems, and EV chargers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of electrical materials at sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
• Prepare project progress reports, site updates, material requirements, and other project documentation.
• Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously as per business requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/EPC.
• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Strong experience in electrical installation, execution, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience in EV charging infrastructure will be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, electrical panels, cables, earthing, protection systems, and EV chargers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and site practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
