- Design and develop embedded software for aircraft electrical power generation, conversion, and distribution systems.
- Perform requirements analysis, architecture design, and software implementation for EPS control and monitoring functions.
- Ensure compliance with DO-178C (Level A/B) objectives, including requirements-based development and verification.
- Develop software design artifacts such as HLRs, LLRs, architecture models, and detailed design documents.
- Implement and test software using model-based design tools (MATLAB/Simulink, SCADE, or equivalent) and embedded C.
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, and test engineering teams for seamless system integration.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support system-level testing (HSIT, FSIT).
- Participate in peer reviews, audits, and certification deliverables preparation.
Troubleshoot software and system-level issues related to electrical power systems (e.g., power conversion, bus management, load control)
