Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our electrical maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and safety of all electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the electrical maintenance team activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on electrical systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in electrical maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
