We Lydia Recruiters is a free Recruiing Consultacy in Mumbai. One of our esteemed clien'ts group of companies requires, for one of their Parent company in Bandra location a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

To oversee and ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of all critical systems in the Data Centre, minimizing downtime and ensuring 24/7 uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility & Equipment Maintenance:

Supervise maintenance of electrical systems (UPS, DG, panels, transformers)

Oversee HVAC systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, ventilation)

Ensure proper functioning of fire protection systems

Maintain BMS (Building Management System) operations

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution

Maintain maintenance logs and reports.

3. Team Supervision:

Manage technicians, electricians, and support staff

Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance

Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

Coordinate with AMC vendors and service providers

Monitor vendor performance and service quality

Ensure timely servicing of critical equipment.

5. Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks

Maintain proper documentation for inspections.

6. Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor uptime, downtime, and system performance

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Escalate critical issues to management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Electrical & HVAC systems

Understanding of data Centre Operations

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Leadership and team handling ability

Knowledge of safety standards
