Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Maintenance Manager and Shift Engineers within the Cold Rolling Mill division, located in Bhiwadi. The responsibilities include overseeing the electrical maintenance of equipment, ensuring the smooth functioning of power distribution systems, and implementing effective electrical designs and upgrades. The role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating the shift engineering teams, and optimizing operational efficiency to maintain high production standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Electrical Maintenance and thorough troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of Electricity and Power Distribution systems
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design principles
- Experience in managing and maintaining electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead a team effectively and ensure safe work practices
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- On-site work experience in a Cold Rolling Mill or similar manufacturing facility is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational issues
