Role : Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of machinery and equipment by performing routine Electrical & Electronics Maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs, including replacing parts and making necessary electrical adjustments.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns to reduce operational interruptions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Document any issues or problems encountered during maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all machinery, systems, and maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high standards of work quality and safety adherence.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with different operating systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Strong technical knowledge of specialized equipment, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
- Sound understanding and application of engineering principles related to machinery maintenance and repair.
