EDS Lead / Electrical Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Electrical Wiring Harness Design & Development and EDS activities.
Strong experience in CATIA V5 Electrical – 3D Routing & Packaging.
Expertise in Capital Harness XC / Capital Logic / CHS for 2D drawings and circuit schematics.
Electrical component packaging, ECU/sensor/controller integration, brackets, grommets, channels and clamps.
Perform DMU Electrical Integration, clash analysis, clearance analysis and packaging feasibility.
Handle BOM, PLM, ECN, design releases and revisions.
Knowledge of CAN network, power/ground distribution, LV components and circuit simulation.
Knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM, GD&T and EMI/EMC.
Coordinate with EE Integration, CFT, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Support prototype/vehicle builds, SoR, design gateways and project planning.
Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Automotive or related.
