Electrical & Instrumentation Commissioning Head - Boilers

E&I COMMISSIONING HEAD – BOILERS

We are looking for an experienced E&I Commissioning Head with strong hands-on expertise in WHRB, AFBC & Grate Fired Boilers.

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./Diploma – E&I / ECE / Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end E&I commissioning of WHRB, AFBC & Grate Fired Boilers.

Handle loop checking, logic/interlock checking, DCS/PLC validation & instrumentation calibration.

Commission Boiler Control Panels, MCC, VFDs, ESP, Fuel Feeding System, FD/SA/ID Fans, APH & Economizer instrumentation.

Coordinate with Mechanical Commissioning teams during Hydro Test, Light-up, Alkali Boil-out, Steam Blowing, Safety Valve Floating & PG Test.

Lead E&I Engineers & Technicians and coordinate with customers, consultants and contractors.

Troubleshoot critical E&I issues during commissioning and ensure timely project handover.

Prepare/review commissioning documents, SOPs, checklists, drawings and handover dossiers.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Boiler E&I Commissioning.

Knowledge of Siemens / ABB / Allen Bradley PLC, DCS & SCADA.

Good understanding of BMS, Boiler Safeguards & Combustion Control Loops.

Experience of independently commissioning 8–10 Boilers preferred.

Strong leadership, site management and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel across India as required.
