Electrical Head

Role & responsibilities :

Develop and implement electrical strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the power plant.

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in the electrical department.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize power generation and distribution processes.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve electrical systems and reduce costs.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and resource allocation effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in electrical engineering.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the electrical department.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

22-30 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
