Job Description:

An Electrical Estimation Engineer for control panels prepares technical and commercial bids, develops Bills of Materials (BOM), and designs General Arrangement (GA) and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for projects. Candidate should have experience in low/medium voltage panels (MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC) and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Experience: 02 To 04 Years As An Estimation Engineer

Qualification: Diploma or Degree In Electrical Engineering

Salary: Rs. 25,000/- To Rs.30,000/- Per Month.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Estimation & Costing: Preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and proposals, including calculating busbar sizing (weight/cross-section) based on fault levels. Preparing Estimation of PLC/Automation Panel.

2- Technical Design: Creating technical drawings, including GA, SLD, and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD.

3- BOM Preparation: Developing detailed Bills of Materials and technical data sheets.

4- Vendor/Client Liaison: Coordinating with vendors for component pricing and interacting with clients for approvals.

5- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in LV Switchgear, PLC/DCS panels, VFDs, and relevant IEC standards.

6-Submission Of Techno-Commercial Proposal.

Key Skills Required:

1- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

2- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3- Proficiency in internet research and online tools.

5- Working knowledge of MS Office and letter/Email drafting.

6- Good knowledge of PCC, MCC, VFD & Switchgears.
