Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer for our Water Division to design and implement electrical systems for water treatment and distribution projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly within the water sector, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards while collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for water treatment and distribution projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in electrical engineering.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and civil works.
- Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases of projects.
- Prepare detailed electrical design drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in water or wastewater sectors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (IS, IEC, etc.) applicable to electrical engineering.
- Experience in project management and execution of electrical projects.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
