Mandatory Qualification
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering ONLY
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar PV / Renewable Energy projects
- Candidates from Mechanical / Civil / Non-Engineering background will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Solar PV project execution and installation
- Oversee electrical design, system integration, and commissioning
- Handle HT/LT electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and switchgear
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with EPC teams, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance
- Support troubleshooting and performance optimization of solar plants
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical infrastructure
- Experience in solar plant commissioning and electrical design
- Understanding of inverters, transformers, SCADA, protection systems
- Ability to manage site teams and vendors
- Knowledge of solar regulations and electrical safety standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Utility-scale or rooftop solar projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / PVsyst / electrical design tools
