Role Description The Electrical Engineer – Solar will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing solar power and electrical systems for telecom infrastructure projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, involving close coordination with project teams, vendors, and site technicians. Day-to-day tasks include preparing PV and electrical design layouts, performing load calculations, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also includes supporting installation and commissioning activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The Electrical Engineer – Solar will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, enhance energy efficiency, and support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the solar industry and practical understanding of solar power generation.
  • Hands-on experience with solar systems and PV design, including layout, sizing, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in electrical design for power distribution, protection, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards, codes, and best practices for solar and electrical installations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Ability to read and create technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety and quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site at project locations as needed.
