Electrical Engineer

We are hiring an Electrical Engineer & Manager for our Navi Mumbai office to oversee electrical engineering activities across marine, offshore, shipyard, shipbuilding, and vessel operations, with a strong focus on electrical systems, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical engineering activities across marine, offshore, shipyard, shipbuilding, and vessel projects.
• Handle Main Switchboard (MSB), MV/LV systems, generator synchronization, DG maintenance, PLC, SCADA, VFD, automation, and HVAC systems.
• Perform and oversee Megger testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and electrical installations.
• Manage electrical motor winding, DC motors, motor health checks, and related maintenance activities.
• Coordinate FAT & SAT activities for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Class for surveys, drydock activities, and retrofit projects.
• Read, understand, and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Lead and coordinate teams while ensuring smooth execution of electrical activities.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Looking For

• Diploma or Graduate Electrical Engineer with 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Marine, Offshore, Shipyard, Shipbuilding, or Vessel environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine electrical systems, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent people management, interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Certifications such as STCW, BOSIET, OPITO, or CDC will be an added advantage.
• Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple electrical activities effectively.
