Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Electrical Engineer at PInterview. The Electrical Engineer will contribute domain expertise to develop and review technical interview content, scenarios, and question banks related to electrical engineering and power systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and validating problem sets, creating clear explanations and solutions, and collaborating with content and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and practical relevance. The role may involve participating in mock interview sessions, providing feedback on candidates technical performance, and staying current with industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies. The Electrical Engineer will also support continuous improvement of the platform's learning resources by analyzing user feedback and recommending enhancements.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core electrical engineering principles, including Electricity and Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design and practical application of design methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of Power Systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution concepts.
• Experience with Power Distribution networks, protection schemes, and related standards.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Relevant industry experience in electrical design, power systems, or power distribution engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment and using online communication tools.
• Familiarity with interview processes for engineering roles and interest in mentoring or coaching candidates.
